Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist MRI Technologists during imaging procedures, ensuring adherence to ACR recommendations.
  2. Support patient transport to and from the MRI Department, facilitating a seamless experience.
  3. Verify patient orders and preparedness, collaborating with healthcare providers and radiologists.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the MRI suite, including equipment sanitation.
  5. Assist in managing patient documentation within electronic systems such as EPIC, RIS, and PACS.
  6. Participate in the ordering and stocking of necessary supplies for the MRI Department.
  7. Engage in ongoing competency assessments to ensure proficiency in required skills.

Qualifications:

Certification:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Skills:
A positive attitude and a commitment to enhancing the work environment are essential. The ability to multitask and coordinate patient flow while executing various technical procedures is crucial.

Work Environment:
This role involves working under minimal supervision and may include exposure to blood and body fluids while assisting Technologists.
