Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided on-site
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service roles

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of buildings and facilities
  • Adhere to guidelines for the use of cleaning agents and equipment to avoid damage to surfaces
  • Inform management about the need for repairs or enhancements to facility systems
  • Foster effective communication and collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management
  • Follow all safety, security, compliance, and quality protocols established by the organization and regulatory bodies

  • Replace and wash window coverings as needed
  • Collect and dispose of waste materials
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking, and snow removal
  • Sanitize and maintain cleanliness in food service areas
  • Ensure restrooms are serviced, cleaned, and stocked appropriately
