About the Role:

As a Cleaning and Disinfection Specialist, you will be responsible for performing specialized cleaning duties to disinfect ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals
  • Dust and polish furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges
  • Clean reception glass and entrance windows
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • Collect and dispose of general trash and biohazardous waste
  • Replenish soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other essential items
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition
  • Work with alarm systems to arm and disarm

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
