Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in frequent communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring clarity and understanding, especially in urgent situations.
- Utilize manual dexterity to handle intricate medical devices and perform precise tasks.
- Document patient care accurately through regular computer use, including accessing vital information and preparing medications.
- Assist in patient mobility, employing a full range of motion to facilitate safe transfers.
- Manage the transportation of patients and medical supplies, often navigating through busy environments.
- Maintain a stationary position for extended periods as required by specific tasks.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- Operate computers and office equipment with proficiency.
- Read and interpret information from monitors and documents.
- Remain seated or standing for prolonged durations while performing job duties.
- Lift and transport various items, including office supplies, while demonstrating proper bending and reaching techniques.
