V-Soft Consulting Group is actively seeking a Lead Angular Software Engineer for our esteemed client in Atlanta, Georgia.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in programming and systems analysis.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience with Angular (version 9 or higher).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development.
  • Proven experience with Spring Boot for a minimum of 3 years.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • 3 years of experience in responsive and adaptive UI/UX design or development, including technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience with relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL for at least 3 years.
  • Familiarity with RESTful Web Services or APIs and tools such as Postman, Swagger, or JMeter for 3 years.
  • Knowledge of data exchange formats and technologies, including JSON, YAML, and XML for 3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and enhancement of software applications or middleware.
  • Engage in research, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex support issues.
  • Collaborate in project planning with clients, business analysts, architects, and team members.
  • Monitor project milestones and critical deadlines to identify potential risks to the schedule and propose solutions.
  • Facilitate communication and training necessary for the successful adoption of selected tools or software.
  • Contribute to buy vs. build recommendations and research the feasibility of custom, open-source, and commercial solutions.
  • Provide insights on system options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on business processes and objectives.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and procurement activities for purchasing decisions.
  • Potentially lead the technical evaluation and selection process for software or middleware packages.
  • Analyze existing applications proactively to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for enhancements.
  • Initiate and manage the identification, analysis, implementation, communication, and adoption of technical process improvements.
  • Support change management for implemented process improvements, including identifying opportunities for streamlining or automation.
