Job Description

Route Elite is seeking a reliable and experienced FedEx Ground delivery driver to join our team. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a vehicle to deliver packages to businesses and residences in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver packages to customers in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate a vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Load and unload packages from the vehicle
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and management

Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license
  • Have a clean driving record and pass a DOT physical
  • Be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds and up to 150 pounds with a hand truck
  • Pass a FedEx Ground criminal background check
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work and be on time and ready to work each day
  • Be able to climb stairs and work in all types of weather
  • Have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently and as part of a team
