Winning Logistics has immediate openings for full time Delivery Drivers in Salt Lake & Davies County, UT. We offer benefits to all full time employees which includes a medical plan, paid holidays and paid time off. We also have an alternate vehicle program in which you can use your own vehicle to deliver smaller packages to our customers.

We are looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers - and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies that is a plus; and we have a job waiting for you as we are hiring urgently and immediately

Pay & Benefits Breakdown:

  • Weekly minimum is $800 per week with the opportunity to make up to $1,500 gross plus bonuses.

  • We offer paid holidays to all new employees starting the day you are hired.

  • $100 monthly bonuses for safe driving, great customer service and dependability.

  • Medical Plan available to all employees with option to add family members.

  • 5 days of paid vacation (PTO) accrued after six months of employment.

  • $500 new driver bonus.

  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Accidental Insurance

Job description:

  • Show up for work at 7:30am.

  • No Sunday shift

  • Safely drive a 12' to 16' box truck or Step van.

  • Can also drive your own vehicle on the Alternate Vehicle Program

  • Use an iPad for Navigation and to manage manifest.

  • Provide friendly customer service.

  • Work 8 hours or less daily.

  • Enjoy working outside.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older to apply.

  • Able to pass drug screen, background check and DOT physical.

  • Must have a clean motor vehicle report.

  • Must be able to lift up to 75lbs, (150lbs with hand cart).

  • Ability to handle physical workload (we move around a lot and handle heavy packages).
