Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Athletic Trainer I to join our team at the University System of New Hampshire. As an Athletic Trainer I, you will be responsible for administering selected portions of the Athletic Training Program, applying therapeutic techniques and modalities, and supervising student athletic trainers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer first aid and emergency treatment to athletes
  • Supervise and advise student athletic trainers in curriculum
  • Travel with assigned UNH varsity athletic teams
  • Apply strapping, bandaging, bracing, and other methods in the prevention of athletic injuries
  • Work with medical professionals to determine the extent of injury and return to play
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and one year of experience as an athletic trainer
  • Certification by the National Athletic Trainer's Association
