Job Description:
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their technical needs and provide expert-level support in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex machinery. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of CNC machines and mechanical equipment, which includes inspecting and testing equipment, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, you will provide technical support and guidance to other staff members as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines and mechanical equipment
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support and guidance to other staff members as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve equipment-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, electronics)
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools
- Experience working with EMAG, OKUMA, MAZAK, and MORI SEIKI machines, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and/or Siemens controls is a plus
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $112,000 per year, based on national averages and location.
