As a key member of the Orbital Traction LTD team, the Electro-Mechanical Technician will play a crucial role in the design, development, and testing of high-voltage equipment. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The job entails collaborating with the engineering team to develop and implement test procedures, designing and building custom fixtures and test equipment, and providing technical support to colleagues and clients. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, documenting repair activities, and conducting failure analyses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, experience with industrial control systems, and excellent communication skills. A degree in Electronics, Mechanics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience, is required. Relevant experience in factory or field performance testing of electro-mechanical equipment is also essential.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include bonus based on performance, competitive salary, dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, stock options plan, and vision insurance.
