Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Imprint Preparation Specialist. This role will work closely with the production and graphics departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Examination: Carefully examine work orders to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production time, stock specifications, colors, and color sequences.
  • Material Preparation: Un-bag materials for printing production, ensuring they are ready for processing.
  • Product Assembly: Fold and package products once processed, ensuring they are properly boxed and prepared for shipment.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks throughout the process to verify that the proper quantity has been printed and boxed for shipment.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Work Safety: Prioritize work safety and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years of previous assembly and production experience, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and label making software capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
