The San Diego Unified School District is seeking qualified School Nurses to join our team. As an itinerant nurse, you will travel to various school sites to provide healthcare services to students. This is a continuous recruitment process, and we will establish an ongoing eligibility list.
Requirements / QualificationsTo be eligible for consideration, applicants must:
- Hold a valid nursing services credential, or have a Bachelor's Degree and an RN license, or be enrolled in a college/university to attain a nursing services credential.
- Have a valid California driver's license and be prepared to conduct, participate in, and travel to sites, professional development sessions, workshops, and meetings.

Application RequirementsTo be considered, interested candidates must submit the following:
- Online employment application
- Response to the supplemental questionnaire
- Cover letter and resume
- A copy of a valid school nurse services credential, proof of enrollment in a credential program, or a copy of a Bachelor's Degree and registered nurse license.
