Job OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced LPN to join our team. This role involves providing skilled nursing care services, health education, and managing nursing interventions. If you have 1-3 years of experience in long-term care and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to our guests.
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize and prevent complications.
- Assess guest health and notify physicians of changes in status.
- Contribute to guest assessments and develop plans of care.
- Current LPN licensure and 1-3 years of experience in long-term care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, daily pay access, tuition reimbursement, and student loan forgiveness opportunities.
