Clinical Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or LPC) to join our team at CoxPHIT, LLC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be instrumental in shaping the delivery of our programs by directly working with children and providing clinical supervision to a team of dedicated clinicians seeking licensure.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology or social work and a current and valid clinical license (Licensed Clinical Social Worker or License Professional Counselor). They will also have extensive experience in working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders, as well as a Certified Clinical Supervisor credential or eligibility to obtain such credential.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading by example as you work directly with children in-home or in-community for 10 hours per week, providing exceptional clinical interventions and individualized support that aligns with best practices and evidence-based approaches. You will also provide insightful and compassionate clinical supervision to a team of six clinicians, including psychologists and social workers who are pursuing licensure or professional growth.
