Child Development Program Manager

CoxPHIT, LLC is seeking an exceptional Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or LPC) to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be instrumental in shaping the delivery of our programs by directly working with children and providing clinical supervision to a team of dedicated clinicians seeking licensure.

This is a part-time position. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, clinical supervision, professional development, quality assurance, collaborative partnership, and program enhancement to our team of clinicians. You will also contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our programs by providing valuable insights, innovative ideas, and evidence-based approaches to drive positive outcomes for children and families.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in psychology or social work and a current and valid clinical license (Licensed Clinical Social Worker or License Professional Counselor). You will also need to have extensive experience in working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders, as well as a Certified Clinical Supervisor credential or eligibility to obtain such credential. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with children, families, and colleagues.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
