Job Summary:

The On-Site Coordinator is a critical role that requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the Vestis team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations at our customer locations, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory management, garment rotation, and delivery coordination.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback, issues, and concerns, and take prompt action to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with the Vestis team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and updates on operations and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or maneuver up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds, as well as load/unload product from a truck without assistance.
  • Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual language skills (Spanish/English).
  • Process Improvement certification.
  • Experience with quality assurance/quality control and ISO 9001.

Working Environment:

The On-Site Coordinator will work primarily at the customer location in Hattiesburg, MS, and may be required to work in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
