We are seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic Children's Fitness Instructor to join our team at The Little Gym of Wilmington. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading engaging and fun fitness classes for children, as well as coordinating birthday parties and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Teach high-energy fitness classes to children, incorporating our proven curriculum and teaching methods.
- Lead a team of instructors in teaching classes and running birthday parties on weekends.
- Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties, ensuring a magical experience for our guests.
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating our members like family.
- Be a positive role model and leader, making a difference in the lives of our children and families.
- Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
