Position Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct inspections to ensure safe operation of equipment.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members regarding repair statuses.
- Complete service documentation in accordance with company protocols.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools on service vehicles.
- Uphold the standards of service vehicles, tools, and uniforms.
- Mentor less experienced technicians by exemplifying company values.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC and refrigeration.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Reliable and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in standard computer applications.
- Possess necessary hand tools for the trade.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
- Availability for on-call duties during nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn and adapt.
- Prior experience as a commercial HVAC and Refrigeration technician is essential.
- Universal EPA certification is highly preferred.
