Role Summary:

MetaOption, LLC is in search of a skilled Senior Business Analyst with a proven history of strategic thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities. This individual will work closely with stakeholders in Operations, Technology, and Data organizations, reporting directly to senior management. The position is crucial for a significant project aimed at the Digitization, Automation, and Standardization of manual processes across various business units.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Translate business strategies and objectives into actionable business requirements.
  • Develop functional and operational requirements utilizing requirements management methodologies and tools.
  • Document, test, and analyze final requirements to ensure clarity and completeness.
  • Communicate requirements effectively to technical development and implementation teams.
  • Define and implement best practices in collaboration with internal and external vendors, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Provide high-level project resolution and troubleshooting support for business analysis team initiatives.
  • Contribute insights to management regarding the development of strategic initiatives for the team.
  • Conduct project and financial analysis to evaluate cost versus benefits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in projects related to Data Governance, Client Data Strategy, and Client Hierarchy Definitions.
  • Ability to analyze extensive data sets and contribute to technical system design formulation.
  • Proficient in interviewing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document current processes and devise strategies for efficient or redesigned processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across Operations, Technology, and Data Teams, presenting solutions to senior management.
  • Experience in formulating Design principles, conducting technical integration evaluations (APIs), and documenting technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with Data Modelling, Data Definitions, and maintaining a Data Glossary.
