We are seeking a skilled physician with a solid clinical background to take on the role of attending physician in our Neonatology department.

The Neonatology Division at Texas Children's Hospital is looking for a dedicated professional to fill the position of NICU Physician. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a pioneering medical facility aimed at enhancing healthcare access for children and women in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives focused on quality and safety, ensuring clinical excellence and innovation within the division.
  • Contribute to the establishment and expansion of the facility, starting with a designated 12-bed NICU.
  • Manage complex neonatal cases in our state-of-the-art facility, which will support advanced interventions and specialized care.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a neonatal intensive care unit, particularly with complex cases.
  • Level 4 NICU experience is preferred, as our facility will be one of the few in the area.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team of neonatologists to develop a new campus.
  • Familiarity with labor and delivery settings and NICU operations.
  • History of involvement in research and publications is advantageous.
  • All experience levels are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
  • Eligibility for an active Texas medical license is required.
