Position Overview
The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) plays a crucial role in helping clients build and strengthen lifelong connections that will support their success. The CSM will oversee clinicians and serve as the primary liaison for referral agencies. When necessary, the CSM will engage with clients and provide various services, including offering clinical support to individuals and families to help them navigate challenges, identify strengths, and develop supportive networks to overcome barriers. The CSM will also provide education and guidance to foster structure, routines, effective parenting skills, and positive communication.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human services or a related field, including direct experience with children and families
- Active NH Licensure (LMFT, LCMHC, LSW, etc.) is required; we can consider license-eligible candidates as long as licensure is obtained within three months of employment.
- Valid driver's license with insured transportation; background and driving record checks are required prior to employment.
