We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team at Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital. As an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provides direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Monitors and records patient vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Coordinates with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Provides patient education and support to patients and families.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
