Senior Mental Health Program Manager

At Northern Pines Mental Health Center, we are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our treatment services and supervision of staff in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the RoleThis Senior Mental Health Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the clinical supervision of all staff, ensuring that treatment services meet the highest standards, and leading weekly team meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of clinical supervision of all staff
- Leading weekly team meetings and ensuring effective communication among team members
- Screening admissions for RCS/IRTS program and signing all Safe Harbor documentation
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of each individual's diagnosis, treatment plan, and response to treatment
- Completing comprehensive evaluations as necessary and ensuring case reviews are completed weekly
Qualifications:
- Mental health professional licensed in Minnesota (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LP, Psychiatric Nurse, LPCC)
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to pass a MN DHS background check prior to hire
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
