The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience and qualifications.

About the Job

This full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) will join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, working with clients in a community-based setting throughout our six-county service region.

The LADC will provide rehabilitation and support services to individuals and groups, focusing on substance use rehabilitation and education. This role requires strong clinical skills, including crisis intervention and consultation to families.

The ideal candidate will have a current, unrestricted license as an LADC in the State of MN, along with one year of work experience in direct service to individuals with substance use problems or one year of work experience in the management or administration of direct service to individuals with substance use problems.

A Bachelor's degree in the behavioral sciences is required, with education or experience in co-occurring disorders and adolescent development being a plus.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted license as an LADC in the State of MN
