Job Summary

Charlie's Produce is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class B Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering fresh produce to our customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with dispatchers to receive route and product information for daily deliveries
  • Conduct visual and hands-on inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Drive to customer locations, either retail or general food service, and unload pallets of produce
  • Use electric pallet jacks to transport pallets to customer desired locations
  • Receive signatures on invoices and load empty pallets back onto trucks
  • Load returns onto trucks and drive to next stops
  • Return paperwork to dispatchers at the end of each shift
Requirements
  • One year of verifiable driving experience with a valid Alaskan Class B License
  • Delivery experience preferred
  • Clean driving record
  • Clean criminal record
  • Current medical card
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
  • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
