Job Responsibilities
  • Follow instructions and work independently with limited supervision.
  • Troubleshoot and repair assigned work with attention to detail and quality.
  • Work proficiently in Zones 1, 2, 4, and 5 to meet daily production goals.
  • Update work order information in Aurora and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Perform tasks within acceptable quality, quantity, performance, and safety standards.
Requirements
  • 6 months of company employment in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude and skills with hand, air, and power tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in any zone and adapt to changing priorities.
Areas of Expertise
  • Chassis preparation and electrical systems.
  • Interior track setting and roll-up door installation.
  • Cab front floor construction and hood setting.
  • A/C training and installation.
  • Bumper setting and HVAC installation.
  • Sealing and sidewall installation.
  • Shelving installation and station setup.
  • Auxiliary heater installation and fuel fill A/C charge.
  • Roof construction and cab options.
