We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lifeguard to join our team at Beach Park at Isla Blanca. As a Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our guests by maintaining a high level of vigilance and responding promptly to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests by constantly monitoring the pool area and responding to any incidents or emergencies.
  • Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to their needs.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other lifeguards and park staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand for long periods, walk, and climb stairs as needed.
  • Certifications: Maintain current lifeguard certification and complete any required training or recertification programs.
Requirements:
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Customer Service: Possess excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Physical Ability: Be able to lift up to 20 pounds and push up to 50 pounds.
  • Vision: Have 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses.
  • Swim Test: Pass a swim test and complete a lifeguard certification course.
