Key Responsibilities

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the office manager to foster strong connections with our current clients and maintain accurate contact records. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to assigned policyholders.
  • Assisting in the organization of annual review meetings for the Agent.
  • Monitoring cancellation and renewal lists weekly to ensure high retention rates and profitability, making calls, sending emails, and mailing letters as necessary.
  • Scheduling a minimum of 8 appointments weekly with both new and existing clients.
  • Keeping policy and database information current.
  • Coordinating thank you and welcome communications for new clients.
  • Processing customer payments and understanding billing systems.
  • Managing forms for personal and business clients.

Qualifications

To excel as a Client Relations Specialist, you should exhibit a strong desire to learn, be resourceful, and demonstrate initiative. Required qualifications include:

  • Outstanding follow-up and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to complete tasks.
  • Ambitious individuals driven by opportunities for advancement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships from the ground up.
  • Prior experience in insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A Property & Casualty license is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
