- Provide expert advice and guidance to management on benefits-related matters, including plan design, administration, and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes, industry trends, and emerging best practices to ensure our benefit plans remain competitive and compliant.
- 8+ years of experience in benefits strategy and design, with a focus on employee benefits, pension administration, and vendor management.
- Proven knowledge of benefits theory, regulations, and practices, including ERISA, project management concepts, and performance management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to inform benefit plan design and implementation.
- Designation or progress towards related certifications, such as CEBS, CBP, or FLMI, is desirable.
