Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all customers entering the service area with a positive and professional demeanor, addressing their inquiries and guiding them to the right personnel.
  • Assess whether customers have scheduled appointments, documenting essential details such as name, VIN, license plate number, mileage, and any pre-existing vehicle damage.
  • Manage the flow of service traffic, assist with parking, and coordinate loaner vehicles as necessary.
  • Ensure safe driving practices and promptly report any damage to the lot, aiming for zero incidents.
  • Retrieve customer vehicles at the cashier for pickup, expressing gratitude for their business.
  • Prepare vehicles for service by installing protective seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and identification tags.
  • Deliver keys and repair orders to the respective Service Advisor immediately after parking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service drive area, free from debris and hazards.
  • Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking area as required.
  • Create key tags for vehicles.
  • Uphold a professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and promptly report any incidents to a supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Authorization to work in the USA.
  • A commitment to performing duties safely and responsibly.
  • The ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle records, drug tests, credit reports, and possess a valid driver’s license.
