Position Overview:
The Surgical Technologist plays a crucial role within the surgical team, ensuring optimal patient care during surgical interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior surgical techs.

- Utilize prior experience to adapt to new surgical techniques.
