Corporate Sales Executive

The corporate sales executive will be responsible for capturing new business, and local corporate accounts, and assisting the company in hitting its occupancy and Year over year-over-year growth sales goals. This role requires a driven and strategic sales manager who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and sales objectives to hit sales goals
- Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to drive company growth
- Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business
- Create detailed sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts including progress and sales volume to better determine future goals
Requirements:
- Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales management
- Exemplary communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department
