About the Role

We are seeking an E-Discovery Paralegal with a strong background in commercial litigation and eDiscovery to join our prestigious client in Jupiter, Florida.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with in-house counsel to coordinate and manage litigation matters and respond to subpoenas.
  • Plan, schedule, and implement electronic and paper document collection and review.
  • Work closely with outside counsel to refine search terms for data culling and export.
  • Maintain accurate records of project tracking, specifications, and chain of custody.
  • Review, select, categorize, organize, and maintain documents.
  • Assist in preparing answers to interrogatories, responses to written discovery, and document production.
  • Manage subpoena responses effectively.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, or commercial litigation paralegals involved in case management, document collection, analysis, and export.
  • At least two years of overall commercial litigation paralegal experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; paralegal and eDiscovery certification preferred.
  • Experience with matter management tools and eDiscovery software like Relativity.
  • Advanced knowledge of eDiscovery applications, discovery processes, and technologies.
Salary Range

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
