Maintenance Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all facilities related to Pizza Hut operations. This includes performing maintenance and construction tasks, managing resources and equipment, and achieving desired Return on Sales (ROS) and Return on Investment (ROI) for the owner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quote and perform all repairs for necessary equipment or facilities required to operate all Pizza Hut locations.
  • Directly monitor all maintenance contracts and schedules to ensure adherence and correct invoicing.
  • Submit necessary blueprints, drawings, and plans to authorities for remodels and build-outs as designated by Pizza Hut.
  • Support a culture of safety and comfort for vendors and technicians, free from harassment, and genuine hospitality towards guests.
  • Assist the Operations team in maintaining standards of excellence in restaurants, including quality of food, friendliness of service, cleanliness of facilities and equipment, and safety of employees and guests.
  • Communicate issues pertinent to guest safety, employee environment, and restaurant efficiency and profitability to Tasty Hut leadership in a timely and effective manner.
  • Accurately perform administrative duties to produce daily, weekly, and periodic company financial reports and repair invoices.
  • Exhibit company values and perform tasks as directed by leadership to represent Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut, LLC as a professional.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A strong understanding of maintenance and construction principles, as well as experience in a similar role, is essential.
