**Job Summary**


We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at The Mapleton School in Malvern, PA. As an Instructional Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and behavioral development of our students. **Estimated Salary:** $17.50-$19.95 per hour, based on education and experience.



**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide academic support to students, including individualized instruction and small group work.
  • Assist with implementing a basic educational programming and performing duties as directed by the building administrator or classroom teacher.
  • Support the teacher and administration's direction while supporting youth and reporting progress daily.
  • Support and reinforce PBIS goals and objectives.


**Required Skills and Qualifications**



  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree or completion of two years of post-secondary education from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a special education or behavioral healthcare setting with students with severe/complex behavioral/emotional issues preferred.
