We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our multi-specialty group at Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to newborn patients, including assessment, evaluation, and treatment under the supervision of attending pediatricians.
- Function as a mid-level provider, ordering laboratory data, interpreting results, and writing appropriate orders for medications and treatments.
- Attend high-risk deliveries, resuscitate, and stabilize patients, as well as transport newborns to other hospital systems as needed.
- Collaborate with administrative, nursing, and medical staff to provide consultation and education on advanced neonatal care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the formulation and implementation of policies and procedures in the Family Birthing Center.
- Successful completion of an accredited NNP program
- NNP Certification
- State of Michigan License
- Experience in a NICU for a minimum of two years
- BLS Certification
- NRP Certification
