Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Bethlehem South Nursing&Rehab in Bethlehem, PA. As a strategic driver of business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and customer excellence, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our nursing center department heads, promoting favorable public relations, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze nursing center financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
  • Lead and direct department heads to achieve business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and customer excellence.
  • Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
  • Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by our core values, and provide the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents.
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed according to state regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles.
  • Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers.
  • On-call availability.
