  • Community Representation: Represent the facility in professional and community activities to promote our services and values.
  • Collaboration: Interpret resident needs and collaborate with families to provide personalized care.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Current Nursing Home Administrator's license
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration (preferred)
  • Experience: Proven experience managing a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care facility
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Demonstrable knowledge of state and federal regulations
