Behavior Analyst - BCBA

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in overseeing a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting, managing and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting
  • Manage and train RBTs
  • Conduct assessments and supervise treatment plans
  • Provide parent coaching and work with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy
Qualifications:
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification
  • Experience using ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp preferred
Benefits:
