Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled production supervisor to lead and oversee the efficient operation of various production processes, including packing lines, paint lines, and robotic steel welding cells.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage production operations, ensuring efficiency and safety in all processes.
  • Train, direct, and coach employees, monitoring productivity and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Oversee the operation of equipment, including packing lines, paint lines, and robotic welding cells.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and ensure proper use of machines and equipment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a production supervisor role and 3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid mathematical skills, including the ability to apply algebra and solve practical mathematical problems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Work Environment:

Primarily in a plant/facility environment where personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Temperatures may vary, and the noise level is moderate.
