About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at Tatcha. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for the development of innovative and effective products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate new ingredients and technologies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop and implement new product formulations that meet our brand's high standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. biology, chemistry)
  • 5+ years of experience in product development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $125,000 to $135,000
