Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and maintenance professionals.
2. Develop and implement annual capital budgets, providing accurate estimates and timelines for project expenditures.
3. Supervise the installation of projects and provide regular updates to ensure optimal plant operations.
4. Create and execute strategies aimed at maintaining, enhancing, or expanding the facility's capital assets.
5. Spearhead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, boost efficiency, reduce costs, enhance production yields, and minimize waste.
6. Collaborate with external engineering firms when specialized expertise is required.
7. Design and implement training programs for the adoption of new technologies or equipment.
8. Offer technical engineering support to the facility, including the development and maintenance of engineering standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
