  • Design and deliver engaging soccer programs for children, focusing on skill development and teamwork.

  • Use positive reinforcement techniques to motivate children and celebrate their successes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with directors, teachers, parents, and children, ensuring a positive and supportive community.
  • Manage class rosters and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children in a sports or educational setting.
  • Soccer playing background preferred, but not required.
  • Must be fun, energetic, patient, positive, and attentive, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
  • Flexibility in schedule and willingness to travel to class locations.
  • Must have a clean, valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Must pass a background check and obtain First Aid/CPR certifications.
