Graphic Designer

Horiba is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Graphic Designer to lead the development of art assets for print and digital content. This role will work closely with product development and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content that meets corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee all design projects, from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Manage the team workflow, collaborating with internal customers to ensure due dates are met and corporate standards are maintained.
- Ensure the visual style guide and template requirements meet corporate standards for all marketing assets, coordinating with the global team on design guidelines.
- Coordinate exhibit logistics, including show services, planning, shipping, and outsourced production of graphic materials, ad placements, and other outside services as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and design trends to ensure effective promotions.
- Create original illustrations and infographics that align with corporate branding.
- Manage inventory of all graphic assets and exhibit materials, tracking budgets for graphic projects and exhibits.
- BA degree in graphic design or similar work experience.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience working on graphic design and art production.
- Diligent and strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to juggle details to meet critical event deadlines.
- Solid understanding of the production process for a variety of print and digital projects.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro).
- Self-motivated, creative, and strategic problem solver and original thinker, with proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team player on collaborative marketing projects.
- Experience in demonstrating versatility and adaptability to creatively solve problems.
- A willingness to embrace change and adapt strategies as needed.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to detail.
- Open-minded and able to accept and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product.
Interfaces with internal customers to acquire information to design and build assets for marketing programs for the company, working with the global team to ensure design consistency by corporate brand standards.
Accountability:Accountable for ensuring that products are effectively promoted through the production of high-quality materials within budget and the distribution of them to customers, constituents, and sales personnel on time.
Decision-Making and Problem Solving:Evaluate data and establish priorities for documentation, determine the appropriate level and scope of revisions, determine document conventions, and determine factors affecting the physical production of the document.
Skills Demonstrated:- Ability to create effective, accurate, and user-friendly marketing documents.
- Ability to efficiently and accurately gather, assimilate, and organize technical information.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules, products, and requirements.
- Ability to coordinate marketing events.
