Position Overview

We are currently in search of a proficient CAD Technician/Draftsman to enhance our Development – Engineering – Construction team. This role is essential in supporting our engineers in producing detailed plans for single-family residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in drafting for land development, particularly in areas such as water, wastewater, streets, and drainage.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist engineering teams in creating precise plans and drawings.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers to devise effective design solutions.
  • Ensure all outputs meet industry standards and project specifications.
  • Handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders, providing necessary updates and resolving issues as they arise.

Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in land development drafting, with a focus on water, wastewater, streets, and drainage.
  • Thorough understanding of infrastructure planning and design principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously.
