Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SSM Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to residents in our long-term care facility. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the physician and other healthcare team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided to residents.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
