**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Planner to join our team at National Fulfillment Services. As an Operations Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational metrics to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support the use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline operations.
  • Evaluate inventory and cycle count programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in setting up warehouse operations to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data analysis with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of Synapse WMS is a plus.
