Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel/Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at Minnesota Commercial Railway.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair company trucks and track machinery.
  • Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify all components.
  • Keep paperwork updated and submitted upon completion.
  • Communicate effectively with team members.
  • Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
  • Report any situation or condition that jeopardized the safety, welfare, or integrity of the company or its employees.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Possess a valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Able to read, write, and communicate English fluently.
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 85 lbs.
