Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Nursing Unit Supervisor:
- Manage the daily operations of the nursing unit
- Support the administration of treatments and medications
- Facilitate the admissions process
- Engage in weekly team meetings
- Conduct thorough audits of new admission documentation
- Act as a communication bridge among families, patients, physicians, and other departments
- Investigate incidents and ensure proper follow-up
- Assist in the management of staff assignments to uphold care quality
- Contribute to discussions on patient conditions during weekly risk assessment meetings
- Participate in the annual performance evaluations of nursing staff
- Be available for on-call duties during weekends and holidays as required
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed
