Job Title: IT PMO Analyst

Bausch + Lomb, a leading global eye health company, is seeking an IT PMO Analyst to support the NorthStar project management strategy creation, execution, and coordination for the NorthStar Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of SAP-related projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and deliver updates to stakeholders. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track project performance.
  • Coordinate meetings, document minutes, follow up on action items, and serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks. Develop and maintain risk logs and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
  • Support resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal utilization of project resources. Track and report on resource availability and capacity.
  • Provide training and support to project team members on project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Support testing coordination and tool administration (Microfocus ALM, Worksoft Certify).
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or equivalent.
  • Five years or more of experience in project management or a PMO role, preferably within an SAP environment. Proven experience in coordinating and supporting IT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMBOK, Agile). Proficiency in project management tools.
Skills:
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project).
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel, SharePoint Lists/Trackers).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
Travel:
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required.
Work Environment:
  • This position operates in a professional office environment and requires interaction with various departments and stakeholders. The role may require travel up to 25% as needed.
